Residential and Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Broker 22+ years.  Prior to serving as a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, I served as a Senior Financial Manager, and Principal Contract Administrator for the University of California.

My real estate, finance and management experience enable me to provide my clients with customized strategies for successful investing in real estate.

I have both participated in and completed hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions as the listing agent, selling agent, leasing agent or property manager. I have also structured and arranged financing for many of these residential and commercial transactions.
