Candace has lived in San Diego for 25 years, after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area, and holds her Real Estate Brokers license in California. She has given much of her time to raising her 4 children and enjoying her 4 grandchildren, as well as serving the community. She loves the outdoors, serving in her church, sharing in community projects, and other community- based endeavors. She also has an Administrators certificate in the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly industry, which allows her to manage the day to day care of the elderly in a home or community-based setting. She is also well versed in helping those that currently own residential care homes, purchase and sell their businesses. Candace has over 15 years of professional sales experience, and has a high volume of repeat clients that often end up as “adopted” family members. Her heart is truly in the service of giving and helping others, and the real estate industry has been a way for God to use the gift of service in her life.
