A motivated individual, Carol Heil is an enthusiastic professional who has dedicated several years of her career to the real estate market. During this time Carol has managed her family real estate investment business, which included the construction of a 6500 sq. ft home and 8 remodels in California and South Carolina. Active in leasing, purchasing, staging, design and construction of residential properties, Carol is a diversely skilled and experienced realtor. Empathetic and considerate, Carol delivers an exceptional level of service and professionalism, while also providing information pertinent for her clients to make an informed decision.

Carol has spent the last 30 years working for her husband’s consulting and speaking firm, the “Center for Innovative Leadership”, alongside raising her family. As a graduate of Cal State Northridge, Carol began her career in the corporate world as a design representative, working for high-end furniture brands. She went onto become the co-founder of an online boutique business, designing and manufacturing jewelry, before committing herself exclusively to the real estate market.

With a caring nature, Carol has also actively volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations, raising money for Cancer Research, local healthcare, the underprivileged and international orphanages. This volunteer work now spans 20 years and Carol is eager to continue to dedicate her time to give back to the under-served, in need communities.

Living in Encinitas with her husband, Carol has many hobbies, including painting, yoga and tennis, she is also learning to play golf and is an incredibly passionate Clemson fan.
