Raised in Mission Viejo, CA, Claudia attended Mission Viejo High School and studied Marketing Communications at the University of California, Irvine. She proceeded to work in the computer field as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. Through her strategic sales and marketing campaigns she increased annual sales to over $2,000,000 a year. She was later promoted to a Marketing Manager position. In her new role she created, implemented, and managed marketing campaigns for her clients which included Sony Electronics, Mitsubishi Electronics and NEC Technology.
In 2002 Claudia launched her real estate career with Century 21. She moved to a small town in Northern California where she discovered her passion, real estate sales. She began working with buyers and sellers. In 2008 she moved back to Orange County and began working on distress properties. She managed a portfolio of over 200 Bank Owned Assets. After a few years working on distress properties, Claudia decided to transition her career back to what she loves most, residential real estate.
Claudia built her business on integrity, trust, and first class service. She takes great pride in working personally with each of her clients to ensure all their real estate needs are addressed.
