Since the beginning of Erika Grubbs’s real estate career, she has always valued and honored the REALTOR’s Code of Ethics. She has and will continue to use the code as guidance in educating, supporting, and providing her clients with excellent service.

Erika’s career began after graduating from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a degree in Public Policy and Urban Affairs. After graduation, Erika worked in Mortgage Banking which sparked her interest in real estate. During her time at Countrywide Funding Corporation (currently known as Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.), Erika gained valuable real estate knowledge. This knowledge and newly found interest inspired her to acquire a California real estate license.

Erika then continued to master her mortgage lending skills at Aames Home Loans and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Since becoming licensed, Erika has garnered over 21 years of real estate experience at Century 21 (Berkshire Hathaway), Dilbeck Real Estate, Keller Williams, and AARE – Real Estate (where she currently practices).

Her extensive knowledge and experience is also backed by strong entrepreneurial and managerial skills that were gained from reaching one of her most rewarding accomplishments. In 1992, Erika and her mother opened and successfully operated a restaurant in Old Pasadena. The quaint restaurant, named Moncrief’s Cajun/Creole Cuisine, was featured in the Pasadena Weekly, Sunset Magazine, Pasadena Star News and an article written by Merrill Shindler, a well-known restaurant dining food critic.

Erika is available to help you find the home that you have always envisioned!
