A lifelong North County resident, Kathy is well acquainted with the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations, and local economy. She does the leg work for her clients, keeping them up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market.
When not serving her San Diego County buyers and sellers, Kathy enjoys gardening, snorkeling, walking, cooking, reading, sewing, and traveling. A professional Classical Ballet dancer and teacher for more than 30 years before beginning her career in real estate, she also enjoys attending the Ballet, guest teaching and volunteer costume designing for a local North County professional ballet school and their pre-professional company. Kathy and husband Rick are 28-year residents of San Marcos.
