Kristi Harden has a special core value that has served her well throughout her professional business careers both as a Registered Dental Assistant and currently as a REALTOR: “People first, money second.”

Since its inception in 2005, Kristi has taken her career as a real estate agent seriously and is certified by the California Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, and a Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource specialist. She’s also a NAR Green Designee and highly regarded Keller Williams “Customer Comes First” Award Recipient.

As a real estate professional, Kristi is able to work with clients of every type, especially sellers and first-time buyers. She specializes in single-family homes, apartments, luxury homes, and has recently advanced into the world of commercial properties. She understands the buying and selling of real estate and the unique qualities and characteristics of each business transaction, most importantly the people involved. And make no mistake Kristi puts people at the center of every transaction, most especially her clients.

Kristi’s background and training as an RDA helped hone her people skills. These same skills have transferred over to real estate where her “people first” oriented character attracted her to finding ways to serve charitable organizations and foundations. “My friends agree that, because of my love of wanting to help others as I had done in dentistry, a transition to serving others in real estate would be a great fit, which it has proved be,” when asked about the similarity between her two careers.

Now associated with Andrew Arroyo Real Estate (AARE) and their “Generous Giving” program, Kristi has found a company with similar philanthropic values as hers. She remains focused on others and has never forgotten her mission to give back to the community.

This, in addition to her background in power sports, racing, and love for children, has led to her allocating part of her commissions to funding non-profit organizations such as The American Motorcycle Association Hall of Fame, The Kurt Caselli Foundation, and Toys for Kids of Las Vegas.

In addition to being a mother and grandmother, Kristi enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with her grandsons, camping, and riding motorcycles with her husband of 41 years.
