San Diego REALTOR® and Broker Associate Kyley Christy is a guide, a teacher, and an advocate for her client’s best interests. She serves both buyers and sellers because she feels it in her client’s interests that she understands the wants, needs, and motivations present on both sides of a transaction.
She loves helping first time buyers achieve the dream of home ownership, and enjoys the special challenges of helping move-up clients sell one home while purchasing another.
Seller clients find her advice and free staging services invaluable as they prepare their homes for the market. Then they appreciate her all-out marketing plan and her expertise in attracting buyers.
Although Kyley says real estate “chose her” when she was still a school-girl, before turning to real estate as a career she first earned a BA in Psychology from UCSD followed by a Masters Degree, then worked for a major wireless carrier. Her roles ranged from sales, to marketing, to communications and project management. She’s grateful for the experience gained in the corporate world, as it has served to make her a better, more effective REALTOR®.
A Bay Park home owner and San Diego native, Kyley continues to enrich her education with on-going weekly real estate training to stay on top of constantly changing market conditions. She is a member of the San Diego, California, and National Realtor Associations and holds the advanced designations of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Kyley loves living in Bay Park and started Bay Park San Diego Realty to help promote the neighborhood and make it an even better place to live, work, dine & shop. When you see “BP” stickers on cars around town, those were all gifted to the neighborhood by Kyley!
She and Johnny, along with their two little ones, Kenzie & Jace, love exploring their Bay Park neighborhood. To help give back and make it even better, Kyley has served on the Board for The Clairemont Town Council and as the Chair for the Clairemont Garden Tour. She also volunteers at Bay Park Elementary and as a foster mom for The San Diego County Animal Shelter through their kitten “Tweenie” program, caring for kittens until they are old enough to be adopted.
In her free time, Kyley loves to travel, sneak in a boat ride on the bay, catch a Charger Game (she was a Charger Girl 02-03) or get to work in the yard or on her never-ending home improvement projects.
