Some say that if you love what you’re doing and you put the customer first, you can’t help but be a success.

Meredith received her education at Point Loma Nazarene University, where she majored in Athletic Training. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree, she embarked on her first career in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy, specializing in the rehabilitation of surgical patients. She also worked as a Health Educator, during which time she authored and developed a number of exercise guidebooks.

Marriage intervened, and following the birth of her second child, Meredith left the field of Sports Medicine and started her first business. “I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart,” she says. Other enterprises followed; some failed, but more succeeded, and each one taught her important lessons in running an organization and working for herself.

Following this first taste of entrepreneurship, Meredith spent three years working in the mortgage industry. It was here that she first made her acquaintance with the world of real estate. She was fascinated, and what she learned on that job laid the groundwork for her future success as a REALTOR®. “It added that extra layer of knowledge to help educate my clients on the process of buying a new home,” she says.

Today, Meredith has found her niche as a licensed California REALTOR®, a field in which she has never stopped growing. Her certifications with the California Board of REALTORS® currently include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Specialist in Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (CHS), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). While focusing mainly on properties in her current home town of Chula Vista, Meredith often assists clients with real estate transactions in the San Diego area.

In addition to her involvement in California real estate, her experiences as a property owner in Texas and Nevada have enabled Meredith to understand especially well the stresses of buying and selling a home. This insight combines well with her natural empathy and listening ability, allowing her to better identify with clients while helping them feel confident and relaxed.

Every client is unique, and Meredith wants all buyers and sellers to know that their best interests are her primary concern. “I strive to make each and every client of mine feel special,” she says. “I want all my clients to have peace of mind.”

Meredith has never lost her love for physical fitness and the outdoor life, and she regularly engages in such healthy activities as cycling, marathon running and weight training to stay in shape. She has been married for 25 years, and embraces time spent with her family, which includes three children and three dogs.

Her personal values and sense of integrity carry over well into the field of real estate. “I treat all my clients like family,” says Meredith. “That’s how I was raised, and this is very important to me.”
