Real Estate has always been my passion. Just after high school I met with a real estate developer friend who was kind enough to walk me through his business. That experience ignited a fire in me for real estate that has never dwindled. Upon finishing my bachelors degree, I began working in construction and learned how property is developed and constructed. Although I didn’t complete law school, and I am NOT a lawyer, I was able to get invaluable knowledge of how to structure contracts correctly which has been helpful in real estate. I became a general contractor and gained a wide breadth of experience in most aspects of residential and some commercial construction. I received my real estate sales license in 2003 and my brokers license in 2006. I’ve worked with Prudential California, RE/MAX, Highroad Properties and ran my own brokerage for many years. Many of those years I’ve qualified as a “top producer.”
One of the biggest advantages I bring to a transaction is my breadth of knowledge of residential development and construction. I am NOT a home inspector or a contractor now but I can provide lots of helpful information about potential properties and what is involved in putting your touches on them or making sure they are what you’re looking for. I’ve “flipped” numerous properties and also built a couple dozen “spec” homes, so I can help clients with most of their questions. Let’s find a diamond in the rough!
Another advantage I bring is my experience in this market. I’ve lived in the Sierra foothills for over 30 years. I’ve been here before most of El Dorado Hills, Palladio and half of the population here now. I’ve seen our area grow and become such a vibrant and lovely place to live.
