As a 21-year resident of the Murrieta and Temecula Valley, Realtor Wesley Sabio has developed a reputation for being professional yet relatable. Through managing a Christian bookstore and serving at his church, Wesley has gotten to know a wide variety of the community members that he serves. “I love helping people meet their needs,” says Wesley. “I excel at discerning a person’s need and helping them to fulfill that need.” That appears to be true. Wesley’s past clients describe him as being helpful, honest, and down to earth. Of course, with his motto being “A higher level of service,” it’s patently clear that Wesley intends to make good on his word with every real estate transaction he’s part of. “Buyers and sellers will feel assured that they are receiving the best care, both from a real estate standpoint as well as a personal standpoint,” he promises.
From his earliest career aspirations, Wesley has undertaken all his projects with a goal to serve. He has coached high school and club volleyball, served as a church leader, worked in human resources and worked as an assistant manager of a coffeeshop. With his Bachelors in Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College in Murrieta, Wesley has truly fulfilled his mission to serve the community that he loves so much. “I love that it’s a safe place to raise a family,” he says. Real estate was a natural progression, as it allows Wesley to continue providing for his family as well as to continue his history of service at his church.
Wesley is the kind of real estate agent that you can count on to listen carefully to your needs and being a natural teacher, he especially loves working with first-time home buyers, educating them on the buying process.
When he’s not busy working at his church, Wesley enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing volleyball. “The customer care aspect of the real estate industry is really attractive to me,” Wesley says. “I genuinely enjoy meeting people and learning about who they are.” Perhaps that’s why Wesley’s career in real estate is destined to be yet another one of his many successful achievements in life.
