The Company provides franchise opportunities to independently owned and operated franchised branches in all 50 states. The Company operates company-owned and operated branches and is duly licensed as a real estate brokerage in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and the District of Columbia. The Company is licensed as a Delaware corporation, under the following name: ANDREW ARROYO REAL ESTATE INC. and doing business as AARE and ENSURE (herein referred to as “AARE” or the “Company”). Additionally, the brokerage is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and several state and local Associations of REALTORS®, as well as several other societies and organizations.
