Company policy is to only practice ethical advertising.
Licensees are prohibited from selling or sharing consumer information gathered over the Internet without first disclosing the possibility that such information may be sold or shared. Any disclosures relating to possible shared or sold information must be readily apparent.
A licensee is prohibited from engaging in deceptive or unauthorized framing of real estate brokerage websites. IFraming means extracting the contents of someone else’s website and placing that information within a "frame" on the licensee’s website. The result makes it appear that the information originates on the licensee’s website when in fact it does not.
